When making comparisons of our company and the services we provide, one has to compare apples to apples to get an accurate picture. Let’s begin with a few questions and observations....
Beware the contractor who gives you a price that seems too good to be true.
A $65.00 house wash from the guy down the street sounds like a cheap price, but what exactly are you getting for that?
More importantly,
what aren’t you getting?
- Is it a splash & dash dude with a few jugs of Clorox and a rented pressure washer tossed in the back of the truck?
- Could it be some mega-pressure wash company trying to service tens of thousands of homes?
(BTW, they use Subcontractors to get all this done. We can all agree on the pitfalls that can emerge from using subcontractors. Do you really want that?)
- Could it be the new guy in town who is looking for a fast buck over summer vacation?
- Is it the newbie who just doesn’t quite have the cash flow to get insured, trained, or certified?
- Is he looking to train on YOUR house?

This does NOT mean we charge a ton of money for what we do.

- We own and operate professional grade, contractor level equipment. Not Home Depot on sale specials designed for light residential use. These dainty machines are deigned for very light washing, and for the experienced DIY’er they can suffice. Sadly, they just cannot provide what is needed for regular commercial duty and if your so called ‘pro’ is showing up with one of these machines, you need to start wondering what is really going on here. Our equipment is professionally designed, trailer mounted, self contained, and ready to work.
- We tell you in advance, exactly what our services will be and what it will include.
- Example:
Our standard house wash includes:
- LOW Pressure Wash. (Blasting at your house with 3000 psi or more is a fast way to ruin your home, and our business)
- Spot-free window rinse (most contractors have to charge you extra for this because they don’t know how to get it done with the right detergents.)
- Clean gutter faces. (Again, most contractors have to charge you extra for this because they don’t know how to get it done with the right detergents.)
- Wax. (Wax?? Yup, wax. You wax your car to keep that paint and finish fresh and to protect from the sun and all the other stuff floating around in the air right? We do the same for your home. )
- Optional 2 year no-mold guarantee. (We challenge our splash & dash, part-time, bleach heads to figure this one out. Although, they probably won’t be in business 2 months from now, let alone 2 years, so what is the point?)
- We are fully insured with a combined total of up to $4,000,000 in Commercial General Liability and Commercial Vehicle coverage, and also have another $500,000 in Worker’s Compensation.
- Why is this important? Under Georgia law, Worker’s Comp is not required for some companies, including ours. We have it anyway.
As a property owner, if a contractor were to get hurt while working for you and that contractor does not have Worker’s Comp, you may be held financially liable.
Is that a risk you are willing to take?
- This is our full time business. We are not in this part time, working for spare change to have on game day.
We are a ‘real’ contractor working in the ‘real’ world for a ‘real’ living.
- We have years of hands on power washing and deck care experience and nearly 20 years of working experience within commercial and residential construction industry. Our experience and familiarity with construction methods and materials is tough to beat.
- We are certified by the Power Washers of North America, the Western Red Cedar Lumber Association, Wolman, The City of Covington, Ga., and by Service Magic. Are they certified by any major organizations, or do they just say they are certified?
The fact is, Pam’s Pressure & Clean is the ONLY power wash and wood care contractor in the ENTIRE STATE OF GEORGIA to carry all of these certifications.
