Why should my property be cleaned?

  • Regular maintenance is in an integral part of property value. Regular cleaning helps to reveal otherwise possibly hidden defects. It also helps to minimize the accrued damage done by environmental concerns such as pollen, mold, mildew, soot, carbon deposits, and acid rain. Perhaps the most popular reason is just to keep your property looking great.
Just like people, cars, trucks, and dogs.... buildings need a good bath once in a while too.

How much do you charge?

  • Our prices are dependent on many things and as such each job will typically have a different price attached to it. Factors including terrain, access, type of exterior, size and number of stories, as well as the amount of dirt and grime that actually are on the structure will all play a role in formulating a specific price. Our strict policy is that our quote is our word. Once we formulate a price for our clients and explain exactly will be included in that price, we stick to it. No bait and switch, no funny money games.

Are you insured?

  • ABSOLUTELY ! We carry both Workers’ Compensation and Commercial General Liability policies with limits up to three million dollars and provide our clients with certificates at no charge upon request.
  • There are many contractors today who work without proper insurance and this presents a very dangerous situation for the property owner.
In a real world example, if a contractor were to get hurt on a client’s property (commercial OR residential) and that contractor did not have workers compensation insurance, the property owner can be held financially liable in the state of Georgia.

We help protect you by protecting ourselves. Certificates of our coverage are offered, upon request, at no additional charge to you.

What do you use to wash with?

  • We use proprietary blends of several different detergents, each suited specifically for the task at hand. There is no super soap that can do everything and as professional contractors, we use professional grade solutions to suit the needs of each job. Suffice to say that consumer grade products sold at places like Home Depot and Lowe’s do not find a place in our toolbox.

Don’t you just use bleach?

  • Not exclusively although we do use it. It is important to note that bleach by itself has no real cleaning power. Sure, it’ll kill mold, mildew, scum, and it’ll even go to work on some stains. But it won’t attack dirt. Common practice and hygiene has it accepted that bleach is among the best disinfectants ever concocted by man so it follows that we use it for its ability to kill and remove mold. The product we use is contractor grade and is bought through specific suppliers that cater to the power washing industry.
One cannot get the power of product we demand by going to Kroger and getting a case on the sale price. It is better to say that we add bleach to our detergents, instead of the other way around..

What about my plants?

  • Nearly all common plants are very resistant to regular maintenance washing. Our process includes pre-wetting plant life before the wash process and continual rinsing during the wash, and a final rinse after we are complete. There are times when very strong agents need to be used, but in those cases we take extra measures such as tarps and drop cloths to protect all plant life as much as possible. To date, we have never had to replace a client’s plants.

How do you clean?

  • Depending on the particular surface to clean, we use a process of low pressure application of wash solutions, proper dwell time to allow them to work, and then a rinse. In some cases and on some surfaces, brushing or agitation is added to ensure a thorough cleaning. Ultra high pressure is not needed to clean most surfaces. In fact, some surfaces such as wood and synthetic stucco can be damaged by ultra high pressure. Most of our washing occurs at pressures in the several hundred psi range instead of the several thousand psi range.

What is included?

  • Our written quote will outline exactly what we provide, but the short answer is that we offer a total clean. Done right and done all the way. For example, a standard house wash includes a complete wash, wax, rinse, and special spot free window treatment on everything from the gutter faces to the ground. If there are special circumstances, hand scrubbing, or other work required, we will quote it on site so you will not have any expensive surprises when we get done.

What else can you do?

  • We like to say “if we can wet it, we can clean it” The reality is that what we can clean is limited only by one’s imagination and budget. We regularly service the following:

Vinyl

 Synthetic Stucco

 Concrete

Campers

RV’s

Decks

Fences

Roofs

Windows

Wood Siding

Driveways

Sidewalks

Commercial Interiors

Curb & Gutter

Boats

Pool Decks
