Here is how the rating system is implemented:
- The system is based on a zero to five star rating with five stars being the best possible score.
- After we perform our work, we invite our clients to submit anonymous ratings directly to an independent marketing company that we have hired.
- The marketing company takes the information and develops an overall score based upon the 7 criteria in the table above.
- We then receive a copy of the anonymous review, good or bad, so that we can keep tabs on our work and how our clients perceive our services.
These clients took the time out of their busy schedules to brag to the world about the work we performed for them. We thank them deeply and sincerely for choosing us to be their power wash and deck care professionals and also for taking the time to let us know just how happy they are with us.
